Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MindGlitch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

About MindGlitch

MindGlitch is a mobile application that provides science-backed cognitive enhancement techniques and neural training exercises. The app is developed and operated by RaNexus.

Subscription Service

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• MindGlitch offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and yearly)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase

Free Trial

• MindGlitch offers a limited free experience
• New users can access one technique for free
• After completing your free technique, continued access requires an active subscription
• No payment will be charged during the free trial period

Pricing

• Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Any price changes will not affect existing subscribers during their current billing period

License and Use of the App

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RaNexus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use MindGlitch on your personal mobile device.

Permitted Use

• MindGlitch is for personal, non-commercial use only
• The content is for informational and educational purposes
• You may use the techniques and exercises for your personal cognitive enhancement

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the app for any commercial purpose
• Share your subscription access with others

Termination
